She is my friend, and she lives far away…

Lately, I have been thinking about the content of my blog. I, for sure, would like to inspire you as women and mothers with fashion, lifestyle, beauty stuff, travelling and so on, but I also would like to come under the skin and give more of myself, of my story, of who I am, and what I am. So today, I decided to write about my dear friend Veronique, and generally about having long distance friendships…She is my friend, and she lives in San Francisco. My two best French friends from school live respectively in Montréal and San Francisco…They have been my best friends for over 25 years now, and we are still going strong! This post is in English, since many of my...

10 things to do when in BERLIN (as a couple)

Mr.K and I just went back from trip to Berlin without the kiddos. We took a direct train from Aarhus to Berlin (6 hour trip), that way our vacation already started in the train, where there was time to talk, sleep and eat at the little train restaurant. The past 2 times we were in Berlin with the kids, we were staying at the Kreuzberg area – which I really loved. This time we tried the Prenzlauer Berg area (through airbnb), which we also really appreciated. We were staying not far from Friedrichshain Park. The apartment was really nice, and very well located next to small restaurants and cafés as well as 5 minutes from Alexander Platz by tramway. This...

Off to B E R L I N

In 3 days are Mr. K and I off to B E R L I N for a couple of days without the kiddos..and this is where we are going to stay. Found this beauty on Airbnb – and its location is perfect – just at the border of “mitte” and “prenzlauer berg”..Normally we stay in the Kreuzberg area when in Berlin, which we really are in love with, but this time we wanted to try something new. The picture is very small and in a weak quality, sorry, but this was the only picture I could download from the website -..To get there, we are actually taking the direct train Aarhus-Berlin. Looking forward to our little train trip to...

Californian style

A bit of Californian style while it is raining here in Denmark! But what is Californian style to me?Dresses with flowers or with a boho look, long tunicas, sunglasses, beach hat, wedges shoes, hair band, flared pants and lots of colors:)  The little flower dress is from Minimum, bought on sale before departure. Here are some of my daily looks in San Francisco… Boho look in my friend’s beautiful botanica garden…The dress is from Esprit, and the sandals from Zadig&Voltaire. On the beach, wearing a gorgeous swimsuit from Ganni and my beach hat from H&M. At the mall, wearing green pants from byoung, and a top from Won Hundred – wedges are bought in Québec, Canada.

Back from San Fransisco…and back to my blog…

Summer has been fantastic, actually more than fantastic, it’s been unforgettable. Malou, Seb, Mr. K and I travelled 3 weeks: first to Canada and then to San Francisco. My two French best friends are living a long way from Europe and from us, so we had planned this visit for 2 years. It is so difficult to describe in words how great those 2 places are! Anyway, I had decided to cut any online connection so I could get back to my “alpha” level (where the brain finally completely relaxes). So I chose not to open any computer, answer any phone in 3 weeks. The only thing I did online, is to keep an Instagram (@tresfashion_com) travel diary – 3...
