Selling my clothes at Flagstang Marked

This post is only in Danish! God weekend derude!

Life Lately

Life lately…Time to focus on the real and lasting values: family. I really need to feel the “ground” at the moment. I am normally a workholic, but at the time being, I need to slow down, and enjoy what is around me, look, sense, feel my body & my soul and get inspired. I have been going to Pilates and Ballet for a while now, and I can feel that it helps. Though I could not be “100%” my self: yoga was missing. I started again 3 weeks ago at The Yoga Collective in Aarhus, and now I feel complete. Here is a couple of snapshots of what the past weeks have been made of. _____________ Dansk: De sidste par...

BERLIN BERLIN

Just got back from a trip to Berlin with my family where we spent Easter, It is the second time I am in Berlin with Mr K, Malou and Seb, and I am totally in love with this city. I have now been there several times, both as a young me (in 1989!), with work, and with my kids, and each time I discover some new “Berliner” sides that I appreciate. I especially fall for the “Berliner” vibes: somehow a mixture of historic and cultural things mixed together with new trendy and renovated areas (like Prenzlauer Berg, where Danish people usually stay), parks, playgrounds and restaurants that are “kids friendly” everywhere, combined together with some raw corners and boho chic areas like the one...

Yoga session & Yndlingsting

Last Monday night I attended a yoga session with my blogger crew at Yoga Collective. The atmosphere of this Yoga Studio suits me perfectly, and the instructors Nadia and Maia are so welcoming. I have been practicing yoga for many years, and have tested many places; and this one is definitely winning! The settings are beautiful – decorated with the eco-friendly and Danish handmade lamps from Yndlingsting (such a lamp is on my wish list – if I had one of those at home, I would already relax more just looking at it!). Time to meditate, time to relax, time to feel my body – and a “come as you are” motto that I really like…I have already booked a new session!. More...

Turning 40…

A picture of me the day (30-01-2015) I turned 40; the picture is taken with my I-phone on a train in Germany. Sorry about the quality of it, though no filter!… I have been away for work the past 10 days, and it is the first weekend in a long time, where I have a bit of energy to reflect on things and life:) Though the quality of this photo is far from perfect, the mood and the aura around me translate – I think – my state of mind perfectly. Yes, I am turning 40, and it actually feels good! – I feel happy, satisfied and beautiful. It is like I finally found my inner peace, and that I...
